How to Make Kale Chips

I have quite a bit of kale in my garden and I've been trying to find new ways to eat it. I recently discovered kale chips and let me tell you they're superb! If you haven't made them, you should! They melt in your mouth and are not only delicious, but are good for you too.

KALE CHIPS:
kale, washed and patted dry
sea Salt
garlic powder, optional

Tear kale into bite size pieces. Spray with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!

  1. So simple and yet so delicious. Most of the kids I know that try them love them. Great alternative to regular chips and you get the salty love. Don't keep them too long in the oven, though. I've burned my fare share and they are definitely not edible.
